Australasia

Australasia is a region in the Pacific Ocean and is used as a term for Australia and New Zealand plus other neighbouring islands.  These countries are all unique and have something to offer even the most seasoned traveller.

Australia is the biggest island and 6th largest country in the world, with endless unspoilt beaches, mountain ranges, rainforests and deserts; Australia is a land of vast contrasts. Australia is isolated from other islands by the Great Barrier Reef, crystal clear waters and white sand beaches.  It is considered to be one of the most adventurous places on Earth.

New Zealand is spread over many small islands and made up of breathtaking scenery, snow-capped mountains, dense rainforests, vast stretches of unspoilt beaches all blended perfectly with bustling cosmopolitan cities and quiet traditional towns.  New Zealand is one of the most popular places for adventurous types as this is where most adventure sports originated; from caving to white water rafting to bungee jumping, New Zealand has it all.
