DAY 1 - Kenya Airways overnight flight from Heathrow to Nairobi.

DAY 2 - Transfer to the Holiday Inn for one night in a Standard room.

DAY 3 - Drive to Tsavo West National Park. Afternoon game drive with a visit to the hippos at Mzima Springs. Overnight at Kilaguni Lodge (approx. 150 miles).

DAY 4 - Drive to Amboseli National Park, near Mt. Kilimanjaro,
Africa’s highest mountain. Afternoon game drive. Spend two nights at Ol Tukai Lodge (approx. 100 miles).

DAY 5 - Morning and afternoon game drives in and around Amboseli, seeking out the resident big game and plains animals, with the dramatic backdrop of Kilimanjaro ever-present.

DAY 6 - Return via Nairobi to Outspan Lodge in the Aberdare Mountains with lunch en route. Relax in the lodge’s gardens then overnight (approx. 250 miles).

DAY 7 - Drive north to Samburu National Reserve. Afternoon game drive, spend the next two nights at Samburu Lodge where the elusive leopard is sometimes spotted (approx. 110 miles).

DAY 8 - Morning and afternoon game drives in Samburu, exploring this beautiful riverine ecosystem that teems with game and bird life (approx. 30 miles).

DAY 9 - Return to the Aberdares and the Treetops Lodge for an unforgettable night watching animals visiting the waterhole(approx. 120 miles).

DAY 10 - Drive via Thomson’s Falls to Lake Nakuru, arriving for lunch. Enjoy an afternoon game drive and possibly see the flamingos and rhinos that are resident here. Overnight at Lake Nakuru Lodge (approx. 110 miles).

DAY 11 - Morning game drive then continue to Lake Naivasha Country Club for lunch, afternoon at leisure and overnight (approx. 50 miles).

DAY 12 - After lunch drive to the Masai Mara and marvel at the vast plains and huge herds. Stay at Keekorok Lodge, for three nights (approx. 153 miles).

DAY 13 & 14 - Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives in the Mara, or take the optional balloon safari prebookable for £195 per person (approx. 40 miles).

DAY 15 - Return to Nairobi in time for lunch (not included) and overnight at the Holiday Inn in a Standard room (approx. 185 miles).
